I’ve been shooting more and more environmental business portraits for doctors, lawyers, and all kinds of businesses, here in Pittsburgh and other places as well. I really enjoy this kind of work and I’ve developed a lighting system that allows me to get great lighting and move very quickly from shot to shot. The images you see on this blog web page are not retouched and the focus you see is on the original file. You may notice that usually leave a lot of negative space off to one side the subjects. This is usually done to allow the designer or final user of the portraits to drop in type and use the images a full page spreads or horizontal ads.
