As a people / environmental portrait photographer, I’m often asked to photograph people working or in their work environment AND to make things look “natural”. This isn’t as easy as it seems. It’s much easier for me to make a compelling photograph if I can light it dramatically but when I have to make things look natural, a whole other set of challenges come about.
