Pittsburgh’s Duquesne Club Food Photography

Here’s a shot I did for the Duquesne club a few months back.  I would of posted it earlier, but it was shot fro a magazine and I was asked to wait until it was published.  This food photo was taken for a publication that is sends out to its members.  I really like this photo because of the “tonal undulation” in the white plate and the delicate texture in the cheese.  Photographically, it’s the perfect mix of texture and softness…
